THE LITTLE CHORISTERS , Mouse Choir, Set of Three

A tiny choir has gathered to sing from their treasured little hymn books.

The Little Choristers are a set of three individually handcrafted mice, each with its own gentle expression and character. Dressed in softly aged ivory robes, with delicate ruffled collars and fragments of vintage-style sheet music, each mouse holds a miniature Songs & Hymns book in its paws.

Created using my papier-mâché-inspired mixed-media technique, every piece is shaped, painted and finished by hand. Subtle irregularities, softly aged surfaces and delicate paper details are all part of their individual character and make every little chorister unique.

Although their hymn books give them a wonderfully nostalgic winter feeling, the trio was designed as a timeless decorative piece rather than a specifically Christmas ornament. They sit beautifully amongst old books, candles, autumn foliage and collected antique objects.

Sold as a complete set of three.
